Founder & President
Scott Mondor has over 20 years of experience in the construction and renovation industry. His career began with hands-on craftsmanship and evolved into building and managing large-scale projects throughout Central Texas. Known for his meticulous attention to detail and uncompromising commitment to quality, Scott brings deep industry knowledge and leadership to every project. As President of MCM Renovation, he oversees construction operations, subcontractor partnerships, and ensures that every project reflects the company’s promise of excellence.
Rachel Herrera
Co-Owner & Creative Director
As Co-Owner and Creative Director of MCM Renovation, Rachel brings a design-forward perspective and a highly personalized approach to every renovation. She works closely with homeowners from concept to completion — developing mood boards, material selections, and project roadmaps that bring each vision to life.
Rachel’s background in marketing, communications, and development — including leadership roles in commercial real estate development — shaped her ability to manage complex projects and elevate brand experiences. At MCM, she blends that expertise with her passion for design, ensuring each project achieves a perfect balance of beauty, function, and budget.
